Tim Keller's Google Talk On Marriage

Tim Keller made an hour long talk on the meaning of Marriage from a Christian perspective to Google employees at their headquarters. This event took place on November 14, 2011, as part of the Authors@Google series. I can't think of anyone else who could do this, certainly not as well as he did. It's worth a listen!

Of course, his book The Meaning of Marriage is great too!

Thanks to My Blog Followers!

Every time I see a new person has signed up to follow "The Journeyman's Files" via Google or Networked Blogs or blogged.com, I am totally amazed. I am especially astounded by the new followers whom I do not know personally, either in real life or as "cyber friends."  The honor you do me by paying any attention to my meandering words and internet harvestings is only eclipsed by the responsibility I feel to not let you down. (See the "You Have a Right to Know" tab above).

Thank you!  I really wonder how people find this place. If you would be so willing, please leave a comment as to how you found my blog. But whether you do or do not wish to do that, I thank you anyway.  Thanks to all of you; I am very grateful.

Blogger Down: We Now Rejoin Your Regularly Scheduled Program...

Okay, Google's "Blogger" platform has been down for most of yesterday and today. I, along with many other bloggers using that system, have lost some posts.

Upsetting? Yes.  Frustrating? Yes. Some work necessary to restore things? Yes.

But Jesus is still Lord, God is still in control.  Life goes on.  We now rejoin your regularly scheduled blogging, already in progress.
