The Archbishop Speaks.....In Tongues

From an interview in the UK Telegraph with Justin Welby, the new Archbishop of Canterbury, and thus, the symbolic leader of the world-wide Anglican community.

Since he is an evangelical, I ask him whether he can speak “in tongues” – the “charismatic” spiritual gift recorded in the New Testament.
